The Concept Goal
Busy parents searching for childcare frequently browse on mobile devices. This design concept imagines an online home for Little Acorns, a fictional crèche, with an emphasis on instant page loads, touch-friendly navigation, and clear enrollment pathways.
The objective was to create a mobile-first, high-speed concept site that conveys a nurturing environment while maintaining lightning-fast performance even on mobile data networks.

Mobile Priority
Parents are often researching childcare options on mobile devices while managing busy schedules. We built the interface with a mobile-first philosophy, delivering crucial information like opening hours, Tusla registration status, and direct enquiry forms in a lightweight, touch-friendly structure that works on any signal strength.
The Colour Strategy
We curated a warm, friendly, and clean palette designed to appeal to parents and project a sense of security and playfulness.

Typography
Headings use Quicksand, a rounded, friendly sans-serif that feels playful without being childish. Body text is set in Nunito — soft, warm, and easy to read for busy parents scanning on their phones.
Built Around the Enrollment Journey
Parents choosing a crèche want quick answers — is there a place available, what age groups are covered, what does a day look like. The concept structures the site around that decision path: programme details up front, opening hours and eligibility clearly laid out, and a direct enquiry form at every step, so a parent can go from "just looking" to "getting in touch" without hunting for the right page.
