The Concept Goal
Portlaw Credit Union requires an intuitive, ultra-fast digital presence to serve its members. This design concept re-imagines the financial portal to eliminate mobile layout friction and dramatically improve page load performance across all devices.
The objective was to craft a lightweight, responsive financial interface with instant asset delivery, interactive loan calculation tools, and accessible navigation paths for mobile users.
Mobile Priority & Interactivity
Members frequently need quick access to loan estimates and savings details on their phones. We built a responsive glassmorphism UI complete with interactive loan calculation tools and simplified application workflows that load rapidly on mobile connections.
The Colour Strategy
We curated a trustworthy, emerald-inspired palette reflecting community growth, financial stability, and local heritage.

Typography
Headings use Outfit, a clean geometric sans-serif that projects modernity and confidence. Body text is set in Inter — a neutral, highly legible typeface built for dense financial information like rates and terms.
Built for Member Self-Service
A lot of what members need — a rough loan estimate, current savings rates, how to join — doesn't require a phone call or a branch visit if the site makes it easy to find. The concept includes an interactive loan estimator and a clear, step-by-step membership pathway, so someone can work out roughly what they're eligible for and know exactly what to do next before ever picking up the phone.
